He invests his time, expertise and funds in active marketing and is not merely a passive listing agent. In addition to the standard photographs of our home, Chaz commissioned drone footage of the unit and immediate neighborhood and ran regular ads which included our unit in the Chicago Tribune and other periodicals. He never pressured us to lower our price and constantly advised us that our unit was appropriately priced and would sell at our desired price, which it did.
